This Privacy Policy explains how ADL Reports collects, uses, and shares information when you use adlreports.com and related services (the "Service").

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, the revised version will be effective when it is posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the revised policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you enter your email address, upload an AxisCare CSV, download a generated report, contact us by email, or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information you may provide include your email address, uploaded CSV contents, and any other information you choose to send to us.

When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including your browser type, device information, access times, pages viewed, referring pages, and IP address.

We also collect usage and analytics information about how visitors use the Service. At the time of writing, that includes analytics through Umami and infrastructure logs maintained by our hosting and database providers.

We use information about you to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process uploaded CSV files and generate downloadable PDF reports.
• Enforce service limits, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.
• Understand usage patterns and improve the product experience.
• Respond to questions, support requests, and other communications.
• Contact you about the Service when you reach out to us or request more information.

We may share information as follows:

• With service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers.
• If we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, safety, and property of ADL Reports, our users, or others.
• In connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not directly identify you.

We use third-party services to help operate the Service. These providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser information, request metadata, or analytics events as part of providing their services to us.

At the time of writing, this includes Vercel for hosting, Neon for database infrastructure, and Umami for analytics. We may change providers over time.

Uploaded CSV files are processed to generate a PDF report. We do not intend to store uploaded CSV files or generated PDF files after processing is complete, except as needed for transient technical processing.

We do retain certain report-generation records, such as email addresses, hashed identifiers, filenames, and related usage metadata, for service operations, analytics, and abuse prevention.

We also retain infrastructure and access logs for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

You can choose not to provide certain information to us, but that may limit your ability to use parts of the Service, including report generation.

You can also configure your browser to block or remove cookies, though doing so may affect certain parts of the Service or third-party tools used on it.
